1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 28 from the date you received them.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In the original packaging (where applicable).

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
    • Custom or personalized items.
    • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear).
    • Sale or clearance items (if applicable).

2. How to Start a Return

    • A brief explanation of the issue.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
  • If you’re returning an item over £20, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

6. Exceptions

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
