1. Returns Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 28 from the date you received them.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging (where applicable).
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Custom or personalized items.
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear).
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable).
2. How to Start a Return

- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
- If you’re returning an item over £20, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
6. Exceptions
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
