These Terms of Sale apply exclusively to the United Kingdom and govern orders placed for products or services available through AKA Security Solutions’ website or platform (“Platform”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale, which create a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “the customer”) and AKA Security Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

No Purchase for Resale

Products and services purchased from AKA Security Solutions are intended for personal or business use only and not for resale.

How to Order

  • To accept functional cookies to use all Platform features.

Once you submit an order, we will send you an acknowledgment email. A binding contract is formed when we send you a confirmation email that your products have been shipped.


3. Our Right to Reject Your Order or Cancel a Contract

We reserve the right to cancel your order or terminate a contract in the following cases:

We deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders with delivery addresses outside the UK will be rejected.

Inspection Upon Delivery
